At Brandfitt, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure you love every purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
1. Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any unauthorized address.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal, intimate, or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products)
Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Books or items showing obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, software, or other sealed media that have been opened
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to Brandfitt’s error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment or issued as store credit (as applicable) within 7–10 working days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account or payment app again.
Contact your credit card company – processing times may vary.
Then contact your bank, as refunds often require some processing time before being posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@brandfitt.com.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@brandfitt.com and send the item to:

Once received and verified, your replacement will be shipped promptly. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
