Returns & Exchanges

At Brandfitt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges for items purchased from our store or online, provided the following conditions are met.


1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Footwear must have no scuff marks or dirt on the outsole.

The original receipt or invoice is included with the return.

The item was purchased directly from Brandfitt.com in Pakistan.

If any of these conditions are not met, we regret that we will be unable to process your request for return or exchange, even if the items are mailed back to us.

Note: Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, both in-store and online.


2. Validity Period for Returns & Exchanges

Local Orders (within Pakistan): Requests must be made within 10 days from the invoice date.

International Orders: Requests must be made within 20 days from the invoice date.

For local customers, exchanges may be processed in-store or through our online portal at www.brandfitt.com.
All returns must be submitted online through the same website.


3. Exchanges & Returns via Online Portal

4.1. Include your original invoice and ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
4.2. Download, print, and complete the Exchange/Return Request Form available on our website.
4.3. Send your parcel to us using a traceable courier service.
4.4. Once received, our team will review and process your return within 5 working days.
4.5. Approved returns will be refunded as an Online Store Credit Voucher only.

The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

It can be used only on Brandfitt.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or in-store purchases.

Store credits must be used in a single transaction, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
4.6. Store credit will be issued at the purchase price of the item as per your invoice.
4.7. Shipping charges (original, return, or onward) are non-refundable.
4.8. If a product is defective or you received the wrong item, Brandfitt will bear the return shipping cost and send a replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit of equivalent value.
4.9. Custom duties, import taxes, or tariffs paid for international orders are non-refundable.

5. Other Terms & Conditions

5.1. Each item can only be returned or exchanged once.
5.2. Brandfitt reserves the right to decline free returns if repeated requests are made for the same item.
5.3. This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5.4. Brandfitt makes no express or implied warranty regarding product suitability, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5.5. All decisions made by Brandfitt (Pvt.) Ltd. regarding exchanges and returns are final.


6. Repair Policy

We offer repair services for select Brandfitt products.
Please visit any of our Brandfitt stores in Pakistan or contact us at support@brandfitt.com for details and eligibility.
