1. Shipping & Delivery
At Brandfitt.com, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 to any address within our global delivery network.
Please note:
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military or restricted areas, naval ports, or Jurong Island.
We deliver to most cities through our trusted logistics partners.
2. Order Status & Tracking
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment.
Processing time may vary due to factors such as security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and order packing. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and dispatched.
Local Deliveries
We offer two delivery options within the country:
Standard Courier – FREE for all local orders. Estimated delivery time: 5 working days from the date of order.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions to track your shipment via our logistics partner’s website using your 6-digit Order Number.
⚠️ If no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your contact number is provided during checkout so our courier can reach you in case of any issues.
